I represent both buyers and sellers, and commonly in unison. When listing homes for sale, I use a multi-step marketing plan to get top dollar for your home. This includes everything from valuable home preparations, staging, 3-D video and professional photography, to internet syndication, neighborhood announcements and more.

My clients also receive fiduciary advice, guidance and support. My lending experience helps me serve as a full service resource on all aspects of the transaction, whether prescreening offers on behalf of sellers, or advising buyers obtaining a mortgage.
